The Raiders Junior Hockey Club has been saying all year that they are as proud of their performance off the ice as they are about what they're doing on the ice.

That motto was demonstrated loud and clear when players and management paid a visit to the
92 CITI FM Salvation Army Toy Mountain fund-raising drive. The players have been involved
in a lot of fund-raising this year, through such events as a team Bud and Spud. This year, their chosen charity is the Salvation Army - what better time to give than at the CITI FM toy drive which took place this week at Polo Park mall from Thursday, December 8 - Saturday, December 10. Players, along with team executive, visited the radiothon on it's final day - not only to chat with long time Raider supporter and CITI FM personality Joe Aellio - but also to proudly support the cause by passing on a cheque in the amount of $1,000.00.

"That's" the spirit Raiders.  AND "THAT" MY FRIENDS, IS THE RAIDER'S SPIRIT!!!

Merry Christmas Winnipeg!!!
